I was called "Joycie" when I was a little girl by my grandparents and I just despised that!! It made me feel like such a little girl and I wanted to be a big girl. My last boss used to always call me Joycie and it never bothered me at this stage of the game. It actually was very heartwarming as it often made me think of my dear grandparents, now long gone.
