Doubt thou the stars are fire; doubt that the sun doth move; doubt truth to be a liar; but never doubt I love. ~Hamlet
Everyone wants to be in love or to be loved. Valentine's Day is on Saturday and naturally our thoughts turn to love. The ancient Druids thought they had it all figured out. They just served up a cup of this tea on a waxing moon followed by a chant, and there you have it. Instant love. It looks like it might work, with the right partner, if for no other reason than the relaxing qualities of the herbs. A little soft music and candles and you're all set. Go ahead and try it -- I dare you!

LOVE POTION TEA
1 pinch of rosemary
2 teaspoons of black tea
3 pinches thyme
3 pinches nutmeg
3 fresh mint leaves
6 fresh rose petals
6 lemon leaves
3 cups pure spring water
Sugar
Honey

Now here's the X-rated part: The following herbs are said to have more than just "romantic qualities." If you're really ready to go wild, brew teas or make a wonderful meal including any of these herbs, and watch out!! You never know what could happen!
Cloves and clove oil -- enhances physical beauty
Dill -- stirs sexual longing
Mint -- elicits sexual desire
Rosemary -- awakens sensual desire
Fennel -- awakens long lost love
Lovage casts love spells of erotic love
I'm interested to know if you achieve what you set out to do, but I know it's kinda personal (wink)

But I think I just sit and recall loves past - my dear R who passed away 5 years ago.Once I could not imagine five hours without my husband and best friend and now it is alreadly five years!
