One World-One Heart Giveaway

I'm taking part in the One World-One Heart Giveaway sponsored by Lisa at A Whimsical Bohemian.
And guess what? That means some good things could be coming your way.
The idea is to bring bloggers from around the world together by giving away something special. This giveaway starts today, January 19th and runs until February 12th when I will draw my winner along with all other participants.
My giveaway is a brand new quilt pattern called "A Red Hat for All My Friends." Of course you could use any colors if you're not in a Red Hat Society, or you can just use the hat, shoes, and gloves patterns separately in another quilt of your choice.
So if you're a quilter or crafter, this should be just the right thing for you. This contest is open to everyone, whether you're a blogger or not.

1. All you have to do is leave a comment, saying how you MIGHT use this pattern (I know, I'm a procrastinator, too.)

2. For a second entry, Sign up to be a subsciber, either as a Google Follower or an e-mail subscriber through Feedburner(see sidebar column), then come back in a separate comment and tell me about it.

3. Be sure your e-mail address is showing if you are not a blogger. I need to contact you if you are a winner. If I don't see an email address, I will move on to someone else. The Drawing is Feb. 12th at noon EST. Good Luck!

Go here for another OWOH giveaway of mine.
Click on the globe at the top of this post or in the sidebar to find more giveaways from around the world.

Don't forget to visit An Herbal Bedfellow for healthy recipes made with herbs, and also my newest blog:

Jane Marie, well I'm already one of your followers, so that's one! :-) And I love that pattern and had that poem many years ago before there were any red hat societies and just love it! I have only quilted one thing in my life (a stocking for my MIL), but I wouldn't mind attempting to do something with that cute pattern. I kind of think Annie might enjoy a little mini quilt with a red hat or two... she has red hair, you know! ;-)

I absolutely LOVE your music. It's one of my favorite selections! Very, very moving! I love Bach!

Wishing all good things for you on this lovely Monday...

XO,

Sheila :-)

oh! A quilt pattern - I'd make a quilt for my brother Ben cos he has asked for a quilt for next Christmas, despite the fact that I am only halfway through my first lap quilt! But then again I don't think that he'd like a quilt with hats, gloves and shoes in - what a shame, so I'd make one for me!!!!

I have a couple I mights. First I might give it to my wife who is already an avid quilter, but I might just suggest we work on it together next fall after the garden has been tilled in for the winter. We talk a lot about doing more together, but we never seem to come up with something new to push us.
