Thankful For Family

On my first Thankful Thursday I chose to be patriotic. It seemed as though everyone was thankful for their families, and I guess I didn't want to follow along with the pack. But then I realized that it didn't matter, because I am thankful for my family. I have a husband of 41 years and two daughters. I have two great sons-in-law and a wonderful grandson. What more could one woman want?

Maybe you don't have a spouse or children; your "family" could be the special people who surround you. To love and to be loved is all that's really important in life. I'm thankful to have family to love and I'm thankful to know they love me.

Jane Marie,

What a very sweet Thankful Thursday post!

Your visit to Lamb's gardens was so much fun! Since I share the love of daylilies with you both, I thought I would share my favorite daylily farm with you - http://www.amadorflowerfarm.com/. It is about 40 minutes from my home and I visit as often as I can!

Have a great day!

Chris, Thank you for the link. I enjoyed poking around. I'll visit it again when I more time to leisurely traverse the site.

Hi Jane Marie,
Thanks for visiting my blog and to your sweet comment. Yes, we are indeed thankful for family. I have 6 siblings and when I married an only child, it was quite an adjustment for me. :)

Have a good Thursday,
nance

I must believe your 'thankful' family is most 'thankful' having you in their life also, Jane Marie. I'm thankful that we not only share this beautiful state but many similar interests :)
