Let's take a peek and see what the fashion plates of the summer have on today.

Jackamanii Clematis with Raspberry Pixie daylily. What an odd couple. He's so strong and bold and she's so delicate.

Louisiana Edith didn't quite finish dressing. She got distracted by a friend behind her who retired yesterday.

Raspberry Ice is known to all of her acquaintances as being very cool and stand-offish. She knows she's beautiful so it really doesn't matter what they say.

Siloam Double Classic loves ruffles and she knows just how to use them without overdoing. Very tasteful, don't you think?

Decatur Dictator is announced and his commanding presence is the focus of the Garden Cotillion. He's donned in Magenta pink with deep purple accessories. He is a handsome fellow, though, don't you think?
That's all for now, but I've been told there is another carriage just up the road. It should be arriving soon!

Love the colour of the Raspberry Ice, its almost edible.
Some people do eat the flowers, I haven't tried yet.
They are indeed fashion plates!

Jack and the Dictator are in very fine company! I love, love, love daylilies and can't wait til mine start blooming. I have had one yellow that I think is in the d'oro family, but she is new and only had a couple of blooms. Be sure to take pictures of the next arrivals.
Your daylilies are wonderful!!! Look at all those plump blooms just waiting to open!Yes, that Decatur Dictator is certainly a handsome fellow. I like the look of the veining in the petals.
