I spotted something blue through the window in the garden this morning. Since we had a huge downpour yesterday and strong winds last night, I slipped on my new Burpee clogs and went out to see what my flower was. I was quite surprised to find this iris. I had planted two of these in 2004 and had almost given up that they would bloom. Isn't it a beauty? I had this one written in my journal so I do know the name. It's a Siberian iris called Silver Edge. And to think I almost pulled it out last year.
I was able to name two others that were on my last iris post. I added their names in as an update.
